I called my insurance company and had a claim number within 48 hours. When I received the break down of repairs, I could see that Enterprise had also included a LEGACY of old damage not related to what they tried to pin on me - to the claim. Unbelievable. My insurance covered it and closed the claim. Fraud is a criminal offense in canada. Don't rent a car here. Enterprise is despicable. For the record I have never left a negative review in my life. These people are horrible. EDIT: Enterprise, you have my name, reservation ID, claim number and contact information on file. Thanks for the canned response.

Service was prompt and there was no line. Was provided with a 2024 Ford Escape Titanium with a full tank. The car was washed inside and out and the whole rental process took less than 5 minutes. Really appreciated the professionalism and Parth providing his card to let him know if there were any issues. Overall great experience with the Enterprise group as always (Enterprise, National, and Alamo). Highly recommend.

The gentlemen at the pick up desk explained the process thoroughly and everything was quick and simple. He also gave me his card in case I needed to reach out while I was on the road. The car I reserved was available and reliable for the entire duration of my rental. I will definitely rent with Enterprise again!
