The customer service agent who checked us in was extremely pleasant and helpful - he even removed our luggage from the trunk for us and brought us a luggage cart. The personal service level was excellent and rarely enjoyed anymore. Recommend Enterprise without hesitation. We have rented from them on several occasions and have always been very satisfied - no surprises!!

Picking it up has been efficient and dropping it off also and both vehicles have been spotless. This will be my preferred rental location for all future rental rentals because their customer service has been over the top. All staff are very nice to deal with.

Reserved car, was accepted, arrived to pick up car and they just say they have none left, leaving my partner stranded and wandering around. This is disgusting and unprofessional behaviour. Not even sorry was given. Please stay away from this place. Absolutely foul place
- MMMelville McLeroyNov 26, 20251.0We made a reservation for one of their trucks weeks in advance at the Kelowna Airport location, and when we arrived to claim our reserved pickup truck we were told it was given away from under us. No call or email informing us of such so we wasted 30 minutes driving to leave empty handed and it screwed up our plans as no where else had pick up trucks either. Was not very pleased to say the least. What’s the point of reserving online if it’s a first come first serve policy it seems? No compensation or solution offered for our troubles.
