- MPM PAug 25, 20245.0We were supposed to arrive at the airport at 9pm. The connection was delayed and we ended up reaching at 10pm. 30min past their closing time. From Vancouver i tried calling many times to ask them to hold the reservation for me to pick the car up first thing in the morning but no one was answering the phone. This would have easily costed me $200 in taxi rides as my accommodation was very far. When we arrived, to our surprise Sid was waiting for us. 30min past his closing time. He kept everything ready and made the entire process very smooth. We offered Sid $100 as tip as this was a huge relieve for me and my family with infants. However, Sid declined the tip stating that he is just doing his job. What a stand up guy! I can't thank him enough as he saved the beginning of our trip. Thanks, Sid!
