  Marcus and the team are really great. They go out of their way to remember you , what you do for work and get you into a vehicle you need and one that best suits you. I needed a larger SUV as I'm 6'6. They make sure that I had a vehicle that i fit in comfortably , and went out of there way to get me one when one wasn't quite clean or ready. 5/5.. Give that man a raise.

  We were supposed to arrive at the airport at 9pm. The connection was delayed and we ended up reaching at 10pm. 30min past their closing time. From Vancouver i tried calling many times to ask them to hold the reservation for me to pick the car up first thing in the morning but no one was answering the phone. This would have easily costed me $200 in taxi rides as my accommodation was very far. When we arrived, to our surprise Sid was waiting for us. 30min past his closing time. He kept everything ready and made the entire process very smooth. We offered Sid $100 as tip as this was a huge relieve for me and my family with infants. However, Sid declined the tip stating that he is just doing his job. What a stand up guy! I can't thank him enough as he saved the beginning of our trip. Thanks, Sid!

  Recently I was travelling with a family from Calgary to Vancouver on National Car rental that I have rented from Seattle, WA airport. Vehicle was service due now, AC not working completely, called the USA roadside assistance and they redirected me to Canadian Roadside assistance and Canadian Roadside assistance told me to go to the nearest Enterprise/National car rental, so I drove to the Kamloops Airport. No one was there at National and had a sign to go to Enterprise Car Rental, enterprise had a sign to call the person who wasn’t there. Called the number, spoke to person name Siddarth, who said he went to drop a car to customer and said he doesn’t have any cars to swap and he said he will be back to the airport counter, so waited for him and explained my situation and requested to help as I need to go to Vancouver and the guy said he doesn’t have any cars even though there were many cars in the parking and suggested me to drive to Vancouver and swap, it was almost 8 PM and it wasn’t safe to drive and I didn’t want to take any chance of vehicle becoming disabled in the middle where you don’t have nearby cities. Siddarth also mentioned to me and the National sales person that his manager told not to swap and take care of their local customers. I have requested multiple times both the Siddarth as well as guy at National sales at Toronto both of them didn’t have any compassion. It was very disappointing with the no help from both of these guys. I have decided to stay at a local hotel and went to Enterprise car rental in the morning and they have asked me to go to a local service center to take care of maintenance and I did. Being in customer service and representing a Global Company, the attitude and behavior of Siddarth was not acceptable and the same for his manager whoever was telling to not to swap my USA car. I wouldn’t recommend this location based on my experience.
