  The folks working at the Kamloops truck branch were absolutely phenomenal. They went above & beyond and both picked me up AND dropped me off at the airport as I had flown in for work. Incredibly personable & responsible folks - definitely will be renting from them again for work.

  ***new update*** Nov 26th 2025*** Still no contact from anyone at Enterprise head office or the location. We will be pursuing further action and going to local news sources if this is not addressed. ** Another Update** Contacted customer service again, was told this issue would be dealt with quickly and promptly but I have yet to hear from the regional manager that I have been told 3 times now that I should be hearing from him/her in 1- 3 business days. ** Update ** contacted the customer service department twice now and still waiting for a call back from the regional manager. Its sad to say, that after multiple times of using this location that we have to leave a 1 star review. After reserving a 1tonne, we were asked if a ½tonne would work, which in this instance, yes it did. Signed the contract at an unlimited km amount, then got dinged with over 500$ in km fees and being told that it was an oops on the contract and they wouldn't honor it. No honor to contract. Beware!
