    The whole process at the Kamloops Airport Enterprise location was very easy and accurate and economical. I had a reservation with Budget but the car they provided had a broken windshield wiper. They had no other vehicles available that met my needs, including winter tires. I walked next door to Enterprise and they had me into a 4x4 truck with winter tires and out the door in less than 15 minutes. And the pricing was far better than Budgets. Thank you.

    I really don’t know what to say. Thank god my instincts tell me to check at nearby Petro Canada before I driving out of town. And it was confirmed that tire pressures displayed are true. I could be dead by now on the highway if I’ve not checked. So far the worse experience I had with Enterprise.

    Pathetic customer service agent! Mr. ABRAR He doesn’t know how to talk to a customer! He was damn rude and even after getting a confirmation number this man said I have cancelled your reservation! I booked for morning and he calls me at night saying I cannot take your booking I have cancelled it. Enterprise you need to teach your agents how to talk to your customers Highly unacceptable!
