  The car I booked was not available and had to take a smaller vehicle. Because of this, I had to cancel a portion of my trip as the car I received was not suitable for leaving the city. I was also given a car that did not have remote start and it was -30. I did receive a call and apology but no compensation was given.

  Employees lack training and knowledge, manager unhelpful and unclear. Called to inquire about how much will be authorized on my card days before arrival to ensure enough was available. Manager checked us in and told me he was authorized around $450. It declined and he made me call my bank to which I was told he was trying to authorize over $700. Had I been told that I would need over $700 available, I would have brought the higher limit card. This left us in FSJ without a vehicle

  Ridiculous service! I’ve been waiting here for the last 10 minutes and no one is around. I tried calling several times but no one answered the phone. My reservation was for 5:30, and now I’m getting late. It seems like they don’t value customers’ time at all. Very disappointed with the service at the Enterprise location at Fort St. John Airport.

  Made us wait almost two hours to get our vehicles, sending us to the back of the line twice so they could help other customers behind us. Insisted it was because our reservation was different and would hold up the line if they helped us first. If it was just letting one or two people ahead it wouldn’t be a big deal, but they helped 15+ people behind us before finally getting us our rentals.
