Called to inquire about how much will be authorized on my card days before arrival to ensure enough was available. Manager checked us in and told me he was authorized around $450. It declined and he made me call my bank to which I was told he was trying to authorize over $700. Had I been told that I would need over $700 available, I would have brought the higher limit card. This left us in FSJ without a vehicle

My reservation was for 5:30, and now I’m getting late. It seems like they don’t value customers’ time at all. Very disappointed with the service at the Enterprise location at Fort St. John Airport.

Insisted it was because our reservation was different and would hold up the line if they helped us first. If it was just letting one or two people ahead it wouldn’t be a big deal, but they helped 15+ people behind us before finally getting us our rentals.
