    I want to give a big five-star review to this Enterprise location. They have helped me twice during urgent situations, and I’m genuinely grateful for their kindness. The first time, my car broke down during heavy snow. I had to find a rental immediately, but there were no cars available in the branch that day. Raj heard my situation and went out of his way to make a few calls, coordinating a very nice Mazda SUV for me. It truly saved me at a difficult moment. The second time was also unexpected — I needed a car urgently again. Although they couldn’t get a vehicle right away this time, the kind lady at the front desk (I’m really sorry I didn’t catch her name) personally drove me to the airport so I could rent a car from another location. I was honestly touched by how warm and helpful she was. Absolutely outstanding service. Thank you so much to the whole team!

    Rented a truck was massively over charged! DO NOT trust this place! No unlimited km here. Dawson Creek Location picked me up from collision shop and then refused to drive me back when they said they could not rent me a truck. Enterprise will be last on my list of if I am in need of rentals in the future.
