He dealt with a lovely man who shared just how rough it was under the hood. Although my husband was quick to share it was not his vehicle and he was also appalled by the condition of my oil - the lovely gentleman did not shame him. He did ensure the filters were cleaned/changed, the oil was sparkling and my vehicle was running like a dream. Not only will we return, but our return will be much earlier to ensure we keep this gem running smooth!
