We were a little worried about a small rattle; we thought it was best to be preventative. The 'change oil light' was also on a little longer than it should have been; concerned it may be the issue. All said, we pulled in and were treated with the most exceptional and professional care. Ronnie was our genius - he really knows his stuff!. And so kind. The whole crew seemed to bond on this service plus mission - they should be applauded for their exceptional work. Most highly recommend. A++++
- DSDevelopment SolutionsJan 31, 20261.0Sorry you lost two customers. Went in for an oil change. There are 3 bays. Bay one a car was parked outside the bay waiting. Bay 2 same thing. So I park at bay 3. So we are all waiting. Then an employee was saying that bay 1 person was first. So they make you back out and let that person in. Maybe you should not let people park in from of the bay doors. Because you just going to change it. But what if there were people behind me. Are you going to make everyone move too. It was rude. So had to let the wife know to turn around and we will find somewhere else to go. So again you lost two regular customers congratulations.
