- NANicole AndersenOct 8, 20251.0Cancelled my rental car and gave the car to another client. I needed a rental car as my car was in accident. The rental was arranged through insurance and would be paid by my insurance provider. The earliest appointment they could give me was 5 days out - today at noon. I called Enterprise at 12:16 explaining i needed to push my appointment out an hour as i was waiting on clarification on some complexities for the rental from adjuster. They called me while on was on the phone with their other agent at 12:20 to let me know they were cancelling my appointment and giving my reserved vehicle to another client. I have always had such positive experiences with enterprise in Victoria but do not recommend the Duncan location, Such poor customer service in an already difficult time.

The rental experience with Enterprise was seamless from start to finish. The staff member was pleasant and very present in our interaction.
