I recently visited Fountain Tire for tire replacement and brake service, and I had a really great experience thanks to ADI BAL. From the moment I walked in, ADI was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to clearly explain what needed to be done, didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary, and made sure I was comfortable with the whole process. The service was quick, transparent, and done with real attention to detail. It’s not always easy to find someone you can trust with your car, but ADI definitely earned that trust. I truly appreciate his honesty and excellent customer service. Highly recommend both ADI and the team at Fountain Tire if you’re looking for reliable and professional auto service!

We were downsizing and couldn’t keep our winter tires with us so we paid for storage with Fountain Tire. Winter rolls around and we needed to swap our tires up and after booking an appointment, they couldn’t find our tires or information in the system. Luckily I had my receipt with me but they had told me to leave my car at their shop for the day and they’ll change it once they drive out to their warehouse to grab our tires. I couldn’t leave my car with them all day and I had a baby with me. They eventually called later in the day and changed our tires but nothing was done on their end for wasting our time or the inconvenience. It turns out when they were putting our information in their system they spelled my name wrong and put the wrong phone number in. Talk about attention to detail. I don’t have plans on coming back to this Fountain Tire or using them for any service and highly don’t recommend them. Go elsewhere!

Frequently Asked Questions About Fountain Tire

When should I replace my tires?

Tires wear out over time, and how long they last depends on things like road conditions, driving habits, inflation, and temperature. The best way to know when to replace them is to check them regularly. Common ways to measure tread include the following. - Tread wear bars: When these are flush with the tread, it’s time to replace. - Coin test: If too much of the coin shows, your tread is low. - Tread depth gauge: The most accurate way to measure. If your tread is low or you see cracks, bulges, or notice vibration, come see us.

What are some signs my vehicle is out of alignment?

It doesn’t take much to throw your alignment off—potholes, curbs, or just everyday driving. Poor alignment can lead to faster tire wear and poor handling. Common signs include: - Vehicle pulls to one side - Crooked steering wheel - Uneven tire wear - Loose or unstable steering - Vibration in the steering wheel If something feels off, we’re happy to take a look.
