  Had to rent a car from enterprise due to our own car breaking down. The staff at enterprise were great and we had an awesome car to drive while we were dealing with our own car issues. I would definitely rent from them again.

  Brendan was a pleasure to deal with, especially after calling the main line to pick up vehicle a day earlier. Which I suspected he’d have no clue that I was promised a vehicle and on the way there. Indeed he had not a clue and it was on a weekend to boot. When he said he didn’t have a vehicle atm he did more then his due diligence to get a similar vehicle for us within an hour that met our needs. Also Andrew makes the process a breeze, when I come in I’m usually a little rushed…. Not late lol. He makes sure on my way to my destination promptly and safely and with a sense of gratification. Koodos to them bet the rest of the team are just as amazing.

  A big shout out to Andrew of Enterprise in Cranbrook BC. I recently needed a car rental while my vehicle was in for repairs. Andrew was very efficient and conducted himself in a very professional manner. Handling the entire transaction very efficiently.

  Super great service from Brendan, Even gave me a lift over to the Ford dealership to pick up my truck. Will definitely use Cranbrook enterprise again if needed.
