    Strongly recommend you to take a video before u pick up the car! Terrible experience! I’m so regret to rent my car with this company. No dash camera so they can scam you however you like!

    The staff at the Coquitlam branch are genuinely friendly and helpful. The car is well maintained and clean. Pick-up and drop-off were very simple and straightforward. Overall an amazing experience from true professionals.

    Overall good experience! I had a icbc rental from this store. And the first car was old and smelly and I requested for change and they did make a change and I appreciate part. Once I ran out icbc coverage. I paid out of my pocket and they had kept icbc rate for me which was good but I was not informed that it was up to two weeks for icbc rate so I had to return car without knowing it was suppose to be two weeks. I had impression that I could do it for a month and was searching for a car to purchase. But due to icbc paying total loss late. I could not buy in a meantime And I had a hard time finding return key box area when instruction says rare but box was a side of building. anyways they were good but the end was not a happy ending.
