  Truly, an incredible company. They seem like they’ve stepped up their game since I last used them. Didn’t need to wait too long and super informative. Definitely would use them again.

  I’ve had a first hand experience about being scammed by these people. Oct.16 (4:30pm) - picked the van up with plate # WJ7 63W. We were led by an employee, Braden, to a different van at first but the manager stopped us saying we’re taking a different van (WJ7 63W) because the van that we’re going to is dirty. We waited for WJ7 63W. Oct. 17 (4:30pm) - I returned the van to CSN and I saw enterprise driver drove away. Oct. 18 (4:30pm) - I received a call from Enterprise saying the van has damage and they have to claim it. Oct. 19 (9:00am) - I called enterprise and spoke to an employee and told me there was damage on rear door driver side, scrape and scratch. Note, the van was parked the whole day on Oct. 17, only brought kids to school, parallel parked on street. Went to a house on Oct. 16 at Westwood Plateau, parallel parked as well. Oct. 20 (5:52pm) - Enterprise manager called, Abby, saying that there’s damage to the rear door driver side. I contested saying that it wasn’t us. Manager asked if I have been sent photos of the damage, I said no, he then said there’s a dent and seemed like a car backed up into it. I contested that it wasn’t us. Manager said that it could have happened when I left it at CSN as they were only able to pick it up first thing the day after, Saturday. I told the manager that I saw his driver drive away when I returned it on Friday. He said there’s something wrong and he’ll talk to the driver. Oct. 22 - I called Enteprise again and asked if he was able to talk to the driver. He said the driver is out of the country. Oct. 29- after numerous calls to the manger and being told that he’ll call back, I was finally able to speak to him. He said that it doesn’t matter if the driver took it right after I returned the car or the day after, that a damage is a damage and they will claim it. I told him that the car could have been damaged already by the time I picked it up but he said the damage is so huge that I would have seen it. The thing is I have pictures of the car after I returned it and you would have to zoom in to see the damage. I have documented all conversations as well. If you want to save yourself from being scammed. There’s even a Facebook page for all the scams these people have done. 9.4K whopping members!!! STAY AWAY from ENTERPRISE Coquitlam.

  I can't say enough good things about my recent car rental experience at the Coquitlam Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Everything was easy, from the online reservation system to car return. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful. They even gave me a ride after I returned the car! On top of all that, the rates were very reasonable. Based on my experience at the Coquitlam rental location, I would highly recommend Enterprise.

  By far the worst experience i have had at an enterprise in all of the years of renting cars this company has always been my go to. When dropping off the car i was going to drop off the key and leave since i checked everything on car and saw it was exactly how it was given to me, algo took video footage incase. The agent tells me no you have to stay while i inspect it, since when ? I’ve always left the key - I mentioned i needed to go to airport and was completly disregarded. 2 agents outside while im telling them i really need to leave 1 of them says it’s already inspected i just need to check the kilometers…. Its unlimited so unsure why meanwhile the other agent says just let her leave we will do it when we feel like it and close the contract when we can. Nice going guys!!! Very polite way to speak to a client. I call to tell the manager this, and the manager seems to take their side saying if i don’t wait for the contract to close it will take days because they are backed up and it can take up to 3 days to get back my deposit he also tells me that i need to pay 19$ of gas but the car gas was exactly the way they gave it to me and i have pictures with date and time so i find that very strange but anyway the 19$ wasn’t the issue the issue was the poor customer service i recieved from the agents outside and the response from the manager basically you couldn’t wait to bad now your in queue to close your contract. I will def let enterprise know about this becuase its the first time i have an issue like that it’s too bad 1 office gives a bad name like this.
