    Comox Airport staff at Enterprise were awesome. I asked for an economy car and got a brand new 2026 Audi. So nice. Dont assume you can drop it off in victoria, though, as that will cost $900 to do so. It must be returned to Comox at present.

    RENT FROM ANY OTHER COMPANY. I was charged for over 3000km pick up at Comox, drop off at Victoria over 4 days. We drove maybe 300km. Enterprise has not been cooperative in even returning a phone call. Comox blames it on drop off location, Victoria blames it on pick up location. No manager has been in contact with us. The people we talk to pretend they haven’t talked to us. Just rent elsewhere.

    Enterprise at the Comox Airport was fantastic. The staff were friendly, manager was extremely helpful and responsive and vehicles were great also. I will choose Enterprise for my next rental car.
