  Pleasant experience renting here (about dozen rentals so far)- only car rental agency at YQQ that is open past 7:30pm (Budget and Enterprise both close by 7:30pm) so if you arrive in an evening flight this is your option. Staff are friendly and the rental vehicles are clean. I’ve received both sedans and SUV’s. Lots to selection.

  Receiving my vehicle was very quick and easy. Checkout was the same. I had a slight issue with the vehicle that Claudette was able to help me with very quickly. She was knowledgable and extremely helpful, and I believe went above and beyond.

  Absolutely terrible experience. No walk arounds with me before taking the vehicle or when returning. Got the vehicle covered in dirt and pine needles so I couldn’t even visually inspect for damages. Then 5 days later after rental agreement ended I get a late day email about a tiny rock chip they had found in the windshield. 5 days after that I proceeded to get charged $1600 for a rock chip in the windshield smaller than a pea without being at all consulted other than a email telling me they have charged me. Should cost $100 to repair but they rather put their customers in a financial burden rather than being fair. Not to mention I didn’t even cause the damage! Would highly recommend not renting from them. Really don’t want this to happen to the next person who rents from there..

  THIS IS A NO STAR REVIEW! Buyer beware, I spend over 34000 reward points to rent my father a car from this location. When I booked it online there were NO STIPULATIONS that they will not rent to someone over 80. Thank goodness for the competition so my father was not stranded. I cannot recommend National Rental.

  Fantastic service!!! The customer service is excellent. The car was clean. Had me out the door in no time.
