  Had a car provided by Enterprise car rental. The young man was very efficient and it was a very good experience with the paperwork. I was provided with a Ford Bronco which I did not particularly care for. Perhaps next time contact your customer to see what kind of vehicle they would like. But thank you, it was pretty seamless. Have you returned my deposit?

  We had booked a vehicle for our vacation through Expedia weeks in advance. When we got to the airport to pick up the vehicle, we found that the employee at the front desk had left work half an hour before closing time. I called them the next morning to confirm that they were open, and they told me that they didn't have a vehicle for us despite the reservation. We ended up renting through National instead, and they were much easier to deal with. We got our car without delay and it ended up being a little cheaper than Enterprise anyway. I'd highly recommend dealing there instead - the whole debacle with Enterprise ended up taking too much time away from our vacation.

  The service was excellent. From the front desk taking information to the driver getting my car. Made sure to know where to drop it before I even leave, giving me peac of mind on my return. Car was clean and pretty much brand new with only 7000 km on the odometer. It was a KIA K4 which proved to be quite efficient mileage. Drove my mother 85 and aunt 82 around quite comfortably, easy access to rear seats. Spacious and comfortable. Thanks again to adding to my experience.

  Easy check in and drop off, super clean vehicle and the most friendly staff "Azza and Ashwin". I would definitely from Enterprise at YQQ again.
