  Today I went for an oil top up in my Tiguan and when I came back home I opened the hood to check and found the oil filler cap was sideways. The guy you filled up the oil didn’t closed it properly. Very bad service. Not expected such stupid level of service from great Canadian oil change as I always get all my oil changes done here only.

  We had an excellent experience with our motorhome service! Mike, the mechanic, was extremely friendly and made us feel welcome right away. All the work was carried out to our complete satisfaction, and we received detailed and helpful advice throughout the process. On top of that, we genuinely had a great time – something you don’t expect during an oil change! Highly recommended. Sorry guy‘s, the cool photo was deleted ;)

  Mark and Tyler did a great job with my tire rotation and coolant flush. They were efficient and professional. I’d definitely recommend their services! 😊

  I went to vedder branch and had a very good experience with Taylor, he didn't changed the engine oil coz it’s not due and rather just top up. Not charged me a single cent.

  Went to drop off 2 jugs of oil for recycle as i have done in the past. Upon backing up close to the side of curb i was yelled at by employee, Hey buddy buddy, your blocking the lanes, move your car! There was no cars in all 3 lanes and only one car in the bay atm. As i asked him where do i park ? He walks away yelling and pointing. How unprofessional, Do you not teach your workers how to talk to customers ? Referring to them as buddy. Ive own retail stores and would NEVER allow my employees to not only shout at a customer, but referring to them as buddy. Not only has my brother worked at their other location in chilliwack but my family has been using them for all their servicing. As of now i would never want my family going there again. I cant imagine my mom are sisters being yelled at just for parking by this clown. The other guy that helped seem to be kind and professional. Hiring people that don't have any customer service skills kills business. Maybe next time he talks to someone politely say, excuse me sir you cant park here , not yelling hey buddy buddy move your car! This is a business not your personal garage learn how to talk to customers.
