  I have rented several times now from this location and it has been a very pleasant experience every time. Very kind and courteous, easy online renting process and the cars are very clean and nice to drive. Great experience all around. They also went out of their way to make me comfortable with pick up and drop off. My go to rental place.

  Would give zero if I could have in the past used this location multiple times wi the no issues but after not using their services for two years go to get a rental car same way I had in the past and they completely changed it and basically said the did not care that I was a repeat customer that perviously never had one problem with them that they couldn’t rent me a car simply do to me now being on disability absolutely disappointing

  This company denied my registered service dog, who is trained and certified as my seeing‑eye dog. That is the equivalent of denying someone their wheelchair — it is not optional, and it is illegal under the BC Human Rights Code and the Guide Dog and Service Dog Act.After I informed them of the law, I was told my dog could only come “as long as she doesn’t get hair in the car.” That is not how service‑dog access works. A trained guide dog is a medical mobility aid, not a pet, and refusing access is discrimination.No one should have to fight for their legal right to travel safely and independently. This experience was unacceptable and deeply disappointing. See you in court !

  Thanks for your professionalism, quality client service delivery and the friendly welcoming experience of picking up and returning the vehicle. It was a spotlessly clean, well maintained, safe and fun to drive transportation. Your staff were great to deal with and I'll be back, next time when I need to rent some transportation. A great business, convenient location and professional staff.

  I had a very concerning experience with this location. When I picked up my rental, during the walkaround I noticed visible damage on the vehicle and pointed it out immediately. The employee acknowledged it and said they already knew about it, which strongly implied it had already been documented and made it seem unnecessary for me to worry about taking photos. I still took pictures anyway, thankfully. The employee had already turned the car on for me before handing it over. After driving to grab food and getting back into the car about 15 minutes later, a warning appeared saying the vehicle required maintenance, and the car was making an unusual sound. I called support right away and was told not to worry about it. Later, I received a $2,500 damage claim for the exact damage I had identified at pickup and been told was already known. If I had listened and not taken my own photos, I would have had no proof and could have been held responsible for pre-existing damage. Enterprise eventually closed the claim, but the fact that this happened at all is extremely concerning. Renting out a vehicle that immediately requires maintenance is irresponsible. Attempting to hold customers accountable for damage that already existed is unacceptable. This is also not my first poor experience here. On a previous visit, the manager yelled at my husband and was so unnecessarily rude that even staff at the neighboring repair shop commented on how shocking the interaction was. Overall, I do not recommend this location. Based on my experiences, I would strongly suggest renting elsewhere.
