  Very efficient and professional. I didn’t wait too long, and the staff seemed like a well oiled machine. I believe the individual that did my servicing is Mark and he is phenomenal. Very reassuring, transparent and quick. People don’t leave impressions on me very much but he did. I’m grateful for him, thank you.

  I normally would go to this location for oil changes. However, with my car being newer, I have had oil changes being completed at the dealership. I went there today because I had not been "eligible" for my scheduled oil change and my low oil warning was coming on. Tyler was very helpful, topped me up and sent me on my way. Knowledgeable and friendly, will definitely be going back.

  These guys always treat me good, they keep me informed without selling me or pressuring me on things. Even when they could have pushed to sell, they don't if it isn't needed. That makes me relaxed and I trust if they are telling me something needs to be replaced. They checked my tire tread and let me know even though they don't sell tires. That's how you build repeat customers. They even gave my kids little hockey sticks for free! (Irrelevant photo just for the algorithm)

  It was done quickly and the guys were friendly! I do miss getting the air freshener, it was that little extra touch of special. *Edit* Tyler (Manger) arranged to see me. He brought me air fresheners...on his DAY OFF!!! I hope his higher ups recognize this this entire shop! (They were VERY nice and professional!) Tyler has a a great crew and is a fantastic Manager!!! Exceptional Custer Experience!!!

  The only reason I gave 1 star is due to my service guys professional friendly demeanor. I will personally never visit another great Canadian oil change location for as long as I live. This is the 3rd viechle I've tested bringing here *to same location over a period of 20 years. 3 completely different makes avd models. EVERY single time I've gone same story : stripped plugs , told leaky, need service on everything especially Transmission. I just had my vehicle in the shop and the tech made a point to come out and talk to my husband at pick up. Full check up was done I have the paperwork and said so. Fine maybe wasn't uploaded by that shop in Carfax but I have the paperwork. No notes were made to this effect. Only their suggestions and what they noticed. Well awesome, hadn't even left all of a sudden check engine light on, of course none of this their fault 🤷‍♀️ well I took straight back to shop to explain this whole ordeal. Thanks for the oil change which is now going cost at minimum a computer reset. Start taking proper notes too. The leaky part is my favorite as I park in a garage and there's ZERO oil on my floor nor is there any where I park everyday for work . A check engine light after a oil change is commonly caused by a loose oil filler cap, an improperly seated oil filter , or sensors (like the map sensor) being accidentally bumped/unplugged during service. Other causes include overfilled oil, wrong viscosity, or now is needing computer reset. Hhmmmm Just saying......
