Had a pretty bad active tire leak on my Tesla. Called around to a few shops in town, and nobody had any time until at least Monday (2 days later).
Fountain Tire was able to take me in first thing on Saturday morning, and had the leak patched up within an hour. The shop was busy, but they still made it happen. Much appreciated, will be back!

My go to for anytime my car's tires need servicing. Helpful, friendly and professional service every time. I really appreciate the couple of times they've taken my car in at short notice (same day) for those unexpected things like a flat. The vehicle inspections are also really informative. Highly recommend.

The staff were great and did the job quickly, I should mention if you want to pay with your flexiti card, you must be proactive and confirm they have it up and running on their system, no fault to the employee but it wasn’t working for him and I was unable to pay the way I wanted to. If it is an option the company offers to pay, and they are partnered with flexiti, there really shouldn’t be any problem with paying it with a flexiti card.
As the customer I shouldn’t have to confirm that it’s working but now I know for next time, I want to bring my truck here again since the people were great, five stars if the flexiti option was working properly.
Tires wear out over time, and how long they last depends on things like road conditions, driving habits, inflation, and temperature. The best way to know when to replace them is to check them regularly.
Common ways to measure tread include the following.
- Tread wear bars: When these are flush with the tread, it’s time to replace.
- Coin test: If too much of the coin shows, your tread is low.
- Tread depth gauge: The most accurate way to measure.
If your tread is low or you see cracks, bulges, or notice vibration, come see us.
What are some signs my vehicle is out of alignment?
It doesn’t take much to throw your alignment off—potholes, curbs, or just everyday driving. Poor alignment can lead to faster tire wear and poor handling.
Common signs include:
- Vehicle pulls to one side
- Crooked steering wheel
- Uneven tire wear
- Loose or unstable steering
- Vibration in the steering wheel
If something feels off, we’re happy to take a look.
What’s included in the seasonal car care package?
Our seasonal car care package gets your vehicle ready for the weather ahead. It includes:
- Fresh engine oil and filter
- Chassis lubrication (as needed)
- Charging and starting system check
- Brake inspection
- Fluid top-ups
- Belt and hose inspection
- Battery test
- Tire and pressure check
- Heating/cooling system check
- Lights, wipers, and overall safety check
It’s a great way to make sure your vehicle is ready for the season.
What do the numbers on my tires mean?
The numbers on your tire’s sidewall tell you the size, load rating, and speed rating.
Example: 225/55R17 97H
- 225 – Tire width (mm)
- 55 – Height as a % of width
- R – Radial construction
- 17 – Wheel diameter (inches)
- 97 – Load rating (how much weight it can carry)
- H – Speed rating (maximum safe speed)
These numbers help us match you with the right tire.
When should I put my winter tires on?
A good rule of thumb: when you can see your breath — about 7°C and below. At that temperature, all-season tires start to harden, while winter tires stay flexible and grippy. Booking early helps you beat the rush.
