The Fountain Tire staff treated me with so much kindness, respect and professionalism when I came in with a tire damaged by a huge nail. I was scared and upset because I was just visiting the island and had to get to the ferry. This was also my first flat! I can’t thank them enough for all they did!

After a logging truck decided to share a chunk of metal with my left rear tire, my husband and I headed to Fountain Tire with our tire (big thanks to our neighbour who took us there). The service techs immediately took our tire to fix it and in we went to chat with a service advisor, Nick Perry! Nick was the best! And, on top of it, when we received our bill.....the total was $0.00 with a note that they hope this makes our day a little better! Nick and team....you guys are the best! Thank you so much! (On a side note, the bathroom was like entering a spa lol. Unexpected and fantastic! ).

I am very pleased with the service this shop provided to me on short notice. I noticed that some of my tires were leaking air as I was travelling through Campbell River. I called and got an appointment on the same day. They fixed the issues and returned a washed car. Service was prompt , courteous and effective! Thank you!

My car had problems starting. I was fit in the next day despite the short notice, and was given a ride to my work and back. The price was fair. I know where I'm going next time I need help with my car, thank you.

I would like to give a huge shout out to Tyler from BCAA and to Jeff and the crew at Fountain Tire. Incredible customer service right from the start of Tyler coming to change a flat tire to having to tow my car to Fountain Tire because the key lock was missing on an incredibly busy day they not only fit me in they fixed my tire free of charge and I hardly even had to wait. Amazing and so kind Thank you so much again and a very Merry Christmas. If you want top notch service don’t hesitate to give Fountain Tire a call. 🎄⛄️❄️

Frequently Asked Questions About Fountain Tire

When should I replace my tires?

Tires wear out over time, and how long they last depends on things like road conditions, driving habits, inflation, and temperature. The best way to know when to replace them is to check them regularly. Common ways to measure tread include the following. - Tread wear bars: When these are flush with the tread, it’s time to replace. - Coin test: If too much of the coin shows, your tread is low. - Tread depth gauge: The most accurate way to measure. If your tread is low or you see cracks, bulges, or notice vibration, come see us.

What are some signs my vehicle is out of alignment?

It doesn’t take much to throw your alignment off—potholes, curbs, or just everyday driving. Poor alignment can lead to faster tire wear and poor handling. Common signs include: - Vehicle pulls to one side - Crooked steering wheel - Uneven tire wear - Loose or unstable steering - Vibration in the steering wheel If something feels off, we’re happy to take a look.
