I was scared and upset because I was just visiting the island and had to get to the ferry. This was also my first flat! I can’t thank them enough for all they did!

The service techs immediately took our tire to fix it and in we went to chat with a service advisor, Nick Perry! Nick was the best! And, on top of it, when we received our bill.....the total was $0.00 with a note that they hope this makes our day a little better! Nick and team....you guys are the best! Thank you so much! (On a side note, the bathroom was like entering a spa lol. Unexpected and fantastic! ).

Incredible customer service right from the start of Tyler coming to change a flat tire to having to tow my car to Fountain Tire because the key lock was missing on an incredibly busy day they not only fit me in they fixed my tire free of charge and I hardly even had to wait.
