- CDconfi dential1 day ago1.0I came in expecting a quick, professional oil change, but the customer service was terrible. The young employee assisting me had a serious attitude problem. Instead of simply stepping closer to hear me, he kept making me repeat myself like I was inconveniencing him. It felt arrogant and dismissive, which is pretty frustrating when you’re the one paying for the service. At one point I had to tell him to just open the gate because I didn’t come there to deal with an entitled grease monkey giving attitude over a basic oil change. If you’re working in customer service, a little basic respect and professionalism goes a long way. Hopefully management addresses this, because that kind of behavior is not a good look for the business.
