I am very pleased with the service this shop provided to me on short notice. I noticed that some of my tires were leaking air as I was travelling through Campbell River. I called and got an appointment on the same day. They fixed the issues and returned a washed car. Service was prompt , courteous and effective! Thank you!

My car had problems starting. I was fit in the next day despite the short notice, and was given a ride to my work and back. The price was fair. I know where I'm going next time I need help with my car, thank you.

I would like to give a huge shout out to Tyler from BCAA and to Jeff and the crew at Fountain Tire. Incredible customer service right from the start of Tyler coming to change a flat tire to having to tow my car to Fountain Tire because the key lock was missing on an incredibly busy day they not only fit me in they fixed my tire free of charge and I hardly even had to wait. Amazing and so kind Thank you so much again and a very Merry Christmas. If you want top notch service don’t hesitate to give Fountain Tire a call. 🎄⛄️❄️

I am writing to express my absolute satisfaction and offer my highest possible commendation for the work recently performed on my vehicle and the exceptional service I received at your Campbell River location. My experience with the Service Manager, Deryck, was truly amazing. He set the tone for the entire transaction, and I was especially impressed that he stuck exactly to the price of the original quote, ensuring the final bill was accurate and transparent. This level of honesty and integrity is highly appreciated. The scope of work completed on my vehicle was significant, including an entire new exhaust system, timing belt, serpentine belt, and water pump. I can confidently confirm that the work was done appropriately, correctly, and quickly. The overall service met all my expectations and exceeded them, earning a five star rating across the board. I cannot say enough about how kind, honest, and professional the entire team was throughout the process. They have earned a loyal customer!

Had a great experience at Fountain Tire! Needed new tires, an oil change, and my drivers side headlight replaced. I called on Thursday afternoon and they were able to get me in at 8am the next morning. Super fast, didn’t try to upsell me anything, just did what I asked and that was it! Reasonable prices too, I was expecting my total to be much more than it was. Will definitely come here again in the future, thank you so much!

Frequently Asked Questions About Fountain Tire

When should I replace my tires?

Tires wear out over time, and how long they last depends on things like road conditions, driving habits, inflation, and temperature. The best way to know when to replace them is to check them regularly. Common ways to measure tread include the following. - Tread wear bars: When these are flush with the tread, it’s time to replace. - Coin test: If too much of the coin shows, your tread is low. - Tread depth gauge: The most accurate way to measure. If your tread is low or you see cracks, bulges, or notice vibration, come see us.

What are some signs my vehicle is out of alignment?

It doesn’t take much to throw your alignment off—potholes, curbs, or just everyday driving. Poor alignment can lead to faster tire wear and poor handling. Common signs include: - Vehicle pulls to one side - Crooked steering wheel - Uneven tire wear - Loose or unstable steering - Vibration in the steering wheel If something feels off, we’re happy to take a look.
