Had a great experience at Fountain Tire! Needed new tires, an oil change, and my drivers side headlight replaced. I called on Thursday afternoon and they were able to get me in at 8am the next morning. Super fast, didn’t try to upsell me anything, just did what I asked and that was it! Reasonable prices too, I was expecting my total to be much more than it was. Will definitely come here again in the future, thank you so much!

I am rarely someone to write reviews, but I am blown away by the service and care I was shown at Fountain Tire today. They went absolutely above and beyond to help me out with an exhaust repair that needed to be done. The service I received was the best I have ever had from a mechanic, and I saw them treat every customer that called or came through the door with the same level of service. Chris, the owner, demonstrated that he truly cares about his customers and making a positive impact where he can. He is clearly someone who genuinely cares about people and giving them the support they need when he can. I was able to get the work done promptly and with no hassle. Campbell River Fountain Tire deserves your buisness without a doubt. Guaranteed you will be incredibly well taken care of. Thanks guys!

10/10. These boys are fast and helped me with a flat tire ASAP. I don’t know why places like Kal tire and OK tire want you to leave the vehicle with them for the whole day to repair a flat tire. Fountain tire in CR is amazing!!

You know a shop is awesome when customers return with treats for the guys while I was waiting for my car in for tires and an oil change. The small town feel and you can tell these guys go the extra mile when it comes to customer service. Exceptional experience with Chris and the crew.

Frequently Asked Questions About Fountain Tire

When should I replace my tires?

Tires wear out over time, and how long they last depends on things like road conditions, driving habits, inflation, and temperature. The best way to know when to replace them is to check them regularly. Common ways to measure tread include the following. - Tread wear bars: When these are flush with the tread, it’s time to replace. - Coin test: If too much of the coin shows, your tread is low. - Tread depth gauge: The most accurate way to measure. If your tread is low or you see cracks, bulges, or notice vibration, come see us.

What are some signs my vehicle is out of alignment?

It doesn’t take much to throw your alignment off—potholes, curbs, or just everyday driving. Poor alignment can lead to faster tire wear and poor handling. Common signs include: - Vehicle pulls to one side - Crooked steering wheel - Uneven tire wear - Loose or unstable steering - Vibration in the steering wheel If something feels off, we’re happy to take a look.
