  After an accident,I rented a good vehicle at a reasonable rate. They explained the final cost to me and were very friendly.

  I’ve used car rental services from other companies quite a few times, and honestly, I’d come to expect a certain level of rudeness or lack of care. I just assumed that was the norm—until I went to this Enterprise location. The difference was immediately noticeable. Every staff member I interacted with was genuinely kind, patient, and attentive. They took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed, and during the vehicle walkaround, they were very thorough—pointing out any existing imperfections and confirming everything was properly documented. That level of transparency gave me a lot of confidence. The whole process felt smooth and well-organized, which made the experience stress-free. On top of that, the pricing was very reasonable, especially with unlimited mileage included. This location completely changed my expectations for car rentals. I’d absolutely recommend them.

  Extremely disappointing experience dealing with the manager, Hitin. His attitude was arrogant, rude, and completely unprofessional. The moment I declined the optional insurance, his demeanor changed immediately. He became condescending and spoke to me in a way that felt dismissive and disrespectful, as if customers should be pressured into buying extra products just to receive basic courtesy. A manager should set the standard for professionalism and customer service, but unfortunately Hitin demonstrated the opposite. His behavior made the entire interaction uncomfortable and left a very poor impression of this location. Customer service requires respect, patience, and professionalism—none of which were demonstrated here. Management seriously needs to address this and ensure proper training for staff in customer relations. This branch is located at Reagent Street in North Burnaby.

  Saunam was an exceptional model of what I believe the company is supposed to stand for. After having an unsatisfactory experience at another enterprise location, I called this location and they were able to help me out right away all due to Saunam. He heard my concerns and addressed them by going above and beyond. When dealing with ICBC is already so frustrating Saunam Made this part of the experience, smooth and wonderful. The other location promised me a midsize SUV. They did not provide this for me and had a small car waiting. After I refuse to leave with that car, they then sent me to Saunam’s Location where another agent gave me what they called and upgrade, but was barely better than the first car I had been given. When I called the first location again to ask them to deliver the car that had been promised to me, their response was that I just had to call around to other locations and basically figure it out myself. That other location was entirely unhelpful. I spent on and off two days calling other locations asking for their help or waiting on hold to hear the message of be believing in customers first and foremost. All of the other locations I called were completely unhelpful, until I reached Saunam Where he went above and beyond to not only give me the card that I should’ve had from the beginning, but help me pick a car that felt safe uncomfortable for the remainder of the rental time that I have while my car is being repaired. Had it not been for Saunam I would be posting what deep disappointment I feel in my experience with Enterprise. Thank you Saunam We’re going above and beyond with other colleagues and other locations could not even be bothered to try and help me at all.

  Gesture of appreciation for Saunam B (Saunam) . Saunam provided exceptional customer service—truly above and beyond. His personality is on another level. While we were waiting for our vehicle, we had the pleasure of watching Saunam interact with other customers, and we were genuinely wowed. His efficiency, clear communication, and especially his light humor made every customer smile and feel completely at ease—including us. At one point, we even said to each other that we could probably sit there all day just watching his interactions (haha). Saunam—personalities like yours go a long way. Stay blessed and keep up the amazing levels. *Also a shout out to Minder, whom done an excellent job getting us set up with the vehicle thereafter. Again, brilliant customer service provided, and a lot of knowledge on the vehicle.
