  From the moment I entered their office until the time I drove off in an immaculate new Nissan Rogue, I was offered efficient, friendly and professional service. The whole replacement process was quick and stress-free. I was made to choose a vehicle of my preference and I was happy. The staff member then went through the motions of familiarizing me with the features of the vehicle very patiently. Finally, he offered me the option of the various insurance coverages they offered and I was glad to avail of it. I was entirely satisfied with their level of service. I would definitely return and recommend them to other people.

  Over the 8 months of dealing with an insurance claim, everyone I spoke with over the phone and met in person was very nice and helpful! This was my first time ever dealing with an insurance claim - let alone a car rental - and the process was seamless and no-stress! I was also very appreciative of the shuttle service. Trying to figure out my own transpiration would have added a significant amount of stress. I was slightly disappointed in the lack of attention to detail with the cleanliness of the vehicle, but this has no affect my positive experience. It is completely understandable with a high turn-over rate to next customers, and I was just thankful to have a vehicle. Thank you for the positive experience I had!

  Went to Hertz first and they tried to upcharge me. Went here and got a great car for a great price. Staff is friendly, William goated

  I received a call the day before my ICBC booking promising me that I would have a car as promised by CBC that matched the size of the car that I had been in an accident in. When the employee from the enterprise location picked me up it was in a small car not even a midsize or smaller SUV but just a small car. He then said this is your rental. This was not the car I was promised. After asking him to find another solution, he called another location and sent me to drive myself to another location to pick up a different car. This other car was also not what I had been promised not even close. After calling the same employee again, asking for support To solve this problem, he told me it would be best if I just called around and figured it out myself. Which I ended up doing and had a very different experience at a different location. However, this experience at this location was deeply disappointing.

  This is my second time renting from Enterprise in South Burnaby, and both experiences have been excellent. The staff are always friendly, professional, and very accommodating, which makes the whole process smooth and stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from them again and would highly recommend this location.
