  I used this company almost 8-9years. I was happy with their services, every time they surprised me. Recently I requested a truck from them in the last minute, and I got a very warm response from Mr. Osman. I really appreciate your kind and helpful response to my request in the last minute. I ask Penske to keep Mr Osman in your company for the success of this location.

  Can not say enough kind things about the Penske team working out of the Norland Ave location. Everything about the quoting, reservation, pickup, and return was seamless. We rented a 16’ cube truck for our 1 bdrm apt move from Vancouver and it was perfect. Don’t know who needs to see this, but give USMAN a raise, Christmas bonus, or something because I’ve never experienced such customer service. THANK YOU!

  The service offered by Usman Ali Khan at this site is second to none. He takes initiative to truly look after his clients' needs. My wife left her sunglasses in a truck from a previous rental months ago, and he took the initiative to have them sent to the new location during my second rental, making sure I could pick them up. He is a great communicator and thorough in his work - a true leader for the team. I've rented twice so far with Usman and plan to come back to Penske next time because I know he'll be there.
