Took my van to get service there. they didn’t even fill up the windshield washer fluid.. which they supposed to included when you get your car in there for a service all the fluid should be topped up, but hey they rather sit there and joke around because everything is a joke these days you ain’t gonna see me or my fleet there ever again!

Called, left two messages. Does not return calls. I've been patient. Been few weeks and have not received a call back. This defeats the purpose of having an active messaging system.

A couple of months ago, I called Fountain Tire on a Friday to inquire about replacement tires for my Tesla Model Y. I spoke with someone named Nielsen (or Nelson), who recommended the same tires that originally came with the vehicle. Although I only needed two tires, he strongly encouraged me to order all four. I was unsure, but he convinced me to go ahead with the full set and booked me an appointment for Sunday. That evening, I called Tesla and confirmed it was perfectly fine to replace just two tires and place them on the rear. I then called Fountain Tire back and left a voicemail explaining that I only needed two tires and asked if someone could call me back to confirm they got the message and that everything was okay. Someone did eventually call back and said they received the message and confirmed that installing just two tires would be fine. When I arrived for my appointment, I told the staff again that I only needed two tires, and they said it was fine. But then Nelson overheard and came over with a very negative attitude, saying he now had to return the other two tires. He pushed again for me to take all four, which made me feel pressured and uncomfortable. I had originally planned to get the other two tires later this summer, but after that interaction, I’m not sure I’ll return to this location. To make things worse, although my appointment was at 3:00 PM, the work didn’t actually start until 3:40. Nothing about this experience makes me want to come back.

Frequently Asked Questions About Fountain Tire

When should I replace my tires?

Tires wear out over time, and how long they last depends on things like road conditions, driving habits, inflation, and temperature. The best way to know when to replace them is to check them regularly. Common ways to measure tread include the following. - Tread wear bars: When these are flush with the tread, it’s time to replace. - Coin test: If too much of the coin shows, your tread is low. - Tread depth gauge: The most accurate way to measure. If your tread is low or you see cracks, bulges, or notice vibration, come see us.

What are some signs my vehicle is out of alignment?

It doesn’t take much to throw your alignment off—potholes, curbs, or just everyday driving. Poor alignment can lead to faster tire wear and poor handling. Common signs include: - Vehicle pulls to one side - Crooked steering wheel - Uneven tire wear - Loose or unstable steering - Vibration in the steering wheel If something feels off, we’re happy to take a look.
