  Staff are wonderful, rental was top-notch. Safety is an issue, parking on the streets reduces space and visibility for pedestrians and traffic. Don't park your vehicles on the street, it blocks the roadway. Use your two gigantic yards. Be a better neighbor, take accountability for the hazards that you have created in the past by parking on the roadway that is already only big enough for two-way traffic, and stop putting people at risk. Thank you.

  Horrible experience. I did a online reservation for a cargo van and when I arrived to the pick up location after crossing all the city they told me that they don’t have it in stock for rental. I waste $50 in transportation for nothing. I won’t come back.

  My experience with Enterprise in North Burnaby was outstanding. The staff are friendly, funny, courteous, and genuinely helpful. When I needed to extend my rental close to the drop‑off time, they made the adjustment easy—and the cost matched the daily rate I was already paying. The return process was smooth and professional. A staff member reviewed everything with me clearly, and the final charges were exactly what I had been quoted at pickup. Competent, transparent, and easygoing service from start to finish. I would absolutely rent from Enterprise North Burnaby again. Highly recommended.

  I would like to see this branch become more aware of the hazards they create on the roadway. There is only one road, no sidewalks, no markings, and only enough space for two-way traffic. The branch is constantly parking their vehicles on the roadway, forcing traffic to drive into the oncoming lane to get by. There is also no safe passage for pedestrians when the roadway is blocked, so pedestrians also have to literally walk into oncoming traffic to get by. You have a huge yard out back and also a gravel area across the street to utilize instead of putting your neighbors at risk!!!

  Excellent service by staff. Convenient pickup, drop off service. Detailed explanation of everything I need to know about the car and the patience of the staff was all appreciated. I would definitely rent from Enterprise Rent-A-Car again, especially from the branch I went to in Burnaby
