When I returned the car they said I damaged the car. It seems like it's a prevailing scam based on the other reviews. Talked to ICBC and it seems that this is a known scam from them.
- ACAndrew ChengDec 20, 20251.0The staff at this location were professional, but the vehicle I was assigned had a defective fuel gauge. Even after filling the tank (and providing the receipt), the car's display insisted it was only 3/4 full. I actually went back to the gas station and filmed myself trying to put more fuel in—the tank was so full it would only take $2 more before the pump clicked off a couple of times yet the car's sensor never moved. It’s frustrating to have to spend extra time proving the tank is full because of a maintenance issue. If you rent from here, keep your receipts and maybe take a video of the pump, as the car sensors may not be accurate.

Worth: 5/5 worth it. I compared to other places and if u think about the quality and insurance aspect. sheesh go for them. I know it’s not likely that you’d get into an accident. But we are the type of people who wants to be extra careful. We found out usually the claim for insurances are a lot easier when you get direct insurance from the place that you rent the car. Our rent was pretty much a short notice but everyone was so accommodating and very nice. Nothing wrong with the car. Next time, I’m definitely renting here again. Thank you, everyone!

The service was excellent; their kindness and professionalism made you feel comfortable, they worked hard to please you, made things easy, and were very quick. If you're thinking of renting a car for half an hour, I highly recommend them. Their cars are brand new, very clean, and have all the features you need.
