Well it turned out that she needed a new starter & alternator. Estimate was very fair. After more analysis we found out her car engine was toast from a known Hyundai defect in this 2013 year of her Elantra. Well, my daughter was devastated and upset her car was dead. Luke made a call down to Hyundai to check and see if it could possibly be covered under an extended warranty. We will cross our fingers. He stopped all the repairs and returned all the parts ordered since the engine was done! Total class! The real act of kindness was when I expected to pay for the analyzing of the issues, Luke cancelled the charges. This really went a long way to help my daughter get over which may very well turn out to be the end of her car. Thank you Luke! If you are looking for a great honest shop in Aldergrove, THIS IS THE PLACE!
