🌟 5-Star Review: Trustworthy, Transparent, and Highly Skilled! It's tough finding a shop you can trust with a major repair on a lifted 2015 Ram 3500 HD Diesel, but this Fountain Tire location (and owner Luke) earned my complete confidence. Luke is a fantastic owner who ensures complete transparency by providing regular updates and photos of the work (they installed an upgraded transmission for me at an amazing price). From start to finish, the service was top-notch. Highly recommend Luke and his team! 5 Stars! A truly glowing experience.

I'm not surprised that this location of Fountain Tire has a rating of 4.9. They certainly saved my bacon today. I was in the area, and I had to get back to the North Shore where I live. I noticed one tire that was underinflated, and I found this Fountain Tire please. Even though they were very busy, they accepted my car and dealt with the issue FRO FREE!!! These guys are excellent. I made it home safely and felt VERY lucky.

Went in to get a tire fixed, they told me I needed new brakes and rotors, rotors had been replaced 20k earlier (by them!) they didn’t even look at them! Just money grab. Took vehicle to another shop and confirmed rotors were fine just needed pads.

Frequently Asked Questions About Fountain Tire

When should I replace my tires?

Tires wear out over time, and how long they last depends on things like road conditions, driving habits, inflation, and temperature. The best way to know when to replace them is to check them regularly. Common ways to measure tread include the following. - Tread wear bars: When these are flush with the tread, it’s time to replace. - Coin test: If too much of the coin shows, your tread is low. - Tread depth gauge: The most accurate way to measure. If your tread is low or you see cracks, bulges, or notice vibration, come see us.

What are some signs my vehicle is out of alignment?

It doesn’t take much to throw your alignment off—potholes, curbs, or just everyday driving. Poor alignment can lead to faster tire wear and poor handling. Common signs include: - Vehicle pulls to one side - Crooked steering wheel - Uneven tire wear - Loose or unstable steering - Vibration in the steering wheel If something feels off, we’re happy to take a look.
