  Favourite place to go for my oil change and top ups! They're always really informative about what things can/should be taken care of, including the costs upfront, without being pushy like alot of other places. 10/10 recommend

  Great service every time. We take both vehicles in. They are great with giving applicable advice to keep our vehicles running smoothly. Very courteous. Even just stop for a light bulb change. They do it with a smile!

  Staff are super friendly and helpful. Are thorough but not high pressure add on sales just honest recommendations. Would definitely recommend this location ONLY. I believe it is Sumas.

  I had a GREAT experience. The manager, Jerry, let me know everything I needed to check up woth on my car without pressuring me to buy anything, and Ram was filling everything up. Super smooth, and easy. Took less than 20 minutes.

  My initial experience at this location was very pleasant. There was no wait, staff were friendly and very attentive. Every staff person I interacted with was polite and positive. Unfortunately, since my oil change i've run into a few issues with the work done. I was not given the correct information about the most appropriate oil for my car (my partner usually deals with this), and this caused my vehicle to start making a horrible sound. Fair enough, that's my fault too for maybe not being educated on my vehicles needs. Now my car is due for an oil change and it's recently been leaking oil so i took it into a mechanic. Turns out the oil filter was not properly installed and it was causing the leak. When i called to discuss this with the manager they refused to take any accountability for the poor work conducted. I was quite disappointed by the response as this could have caused serious damage to my vehicle .
