  Great experience with Enterprise Car Wash. I called to change my pickup location, and their support team was very helpful and quick to assist. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. Overall, a wonderful renting experience and excellent customer service.

  From check in to check out. Easiest part of my trip really!!!! When I needed to call. A live rep answered and helped immediately! So refreshing after cancelled flights and screw ups this week. I can"t give this team more stars. Thank You!

  I had an extremely disappointing and suspicious experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I originally booked an economy car, but was “upgraded” to a large SUV at no extra cost, which already felt unusual. I drove the vehicle straight for 9 hours overnight on the highway to the drop-off location at Abbotsford International Airport. At drop-off, there was no joint inspection. The employee simply told me to leave the key and go, which I trusted at the time. Shortly after, I received a call from one of their staff. The conversation immediately felt off — he asked what credit card company I use and whether I had insurance coverage. After confirming I was with TD, he suddenly claimed there was a “deep scratch” on the back of the vehicle and told me to contact my credit card company. This made no sense. I had just driven 9 hours straight on the highway — there was no incident that could have caused such damage. When I contacted their damage department and asked for proof, I was told that proof was “not needed” — that once they notice damage, I am automatically responsible. When I questioned why there was no joint inspection at return, I was told it’s “not required,” even though they admitted it would be better to have one. In the end, I was charged $1053 for a scratch I did not cause. It is very clear to me that because I declined their rental insurance, I was an easy target for extra charges. This experience felt extremely unfair and predatory. Therefore, a message to all CAR RENTERS, always take detailed photos and videos of your rental vehicle before and after use. I strongly recommend avoiding this company and choosing a more transparent and trustworthy rental provider.

  Thisa is the first time I came across this. I got in the vehicle and fuel tank was only half full. I agreed to return it half full. Also, after driving for approximately 15-20 minutes a warning light came on indicating oil was low. I checked the oil the next day to find the level did not show on the dipstick. Contacted Enterprise and they asked me to take the car back and have it checked/exchanged. Due to not wanting to drive with low oil and risk damage to the engine plus the it would take 1.5 hours of my time, which I could not spare on this business trip. I asked if they could bring me another vehicle but the answer was ‘no’. However, they did send someone to come get the vehicle and get it checked. All turned out OK. I would like to be confident that my rental vehicle was checked over a little better when returned. Cosmetic damage is one thing, low oil can destroy an engine and leave a customer stranded. For me I would like to know that tire pressure, engine coolant, engine oil, windshield washer fluid have been checked. These are safety issues and risks of getting stranded somewhere. I rent frequently from Enterprise and have found one thing fairly common, windshield wiper blades are poor quality and don’t clear window very well. I have always dealt with very polite, courteous and friendly staff. My comments in no way reduce the quality of staff I have dealt with from Victoria to Montreal.
