  I had a car accident and had to go through icbc to get my rental. Enterprise was very kind and supportive. When the car i rented got too expensive, they switched it right away for a cheaper one. When I got my new car, they kindly picked up my rental from the dealership. Thank you so much for making a difficult situation easier and stress free! ❤️ michelle

  Accidentally left expensive sunglasses in the holder and expensive headphones in the glove compartment. My husband and I tried calling and they would not return my items. They said they "did not find anything" but I could track my headphones in my "Find my" iPhone app, and it lead to Enterprise as the last known location.

  Charged me 100 dollars for gas which was 5 liters short of when i picked it up and when i call they hangup the phone been unable to talk with anyone at the branch going to make a complaint to bcaa about this aswell
