  I made a reservation that had specific requirements through their app. I needed to confirm that those requirements could be met and their customer support teams only response was to “show up and find out”. Why bother making a reservation then? If the only option is to drive an hour to see if the store can fulfill the reservation they accepted then it’s potentially a giant waste of time. Very poor service for what should be a simple task of confirming a reservations requirements.

  To the two young gentlemen who helped me with my one day rental and gave me my upgrade. I just wanna express my sincere thanks. Both of you were so wonderful. I loved my ride! Highly recommend.

  From counter to car the service was excellent. Staff were very professional and friendly. The car was perfect for the trip. Another great rental experience!!

  They do not properly staff the desk and regularly make loyal customers wait for half an hour in line to get a car. They need to get better at properly staffing or hurrying up the process to prevent customers from waiting for such extended periods.
