    Do NOT ever rent from these clowns. They absolutely won’t do anything to help you. My fly got delayed and they left me and 8 others without rentals because they went home for the night. Had to take a Lyft to the hotel. Came back the next day only to find out that they had no vehicles left. Online support is absolutely garbage. DONT EVER BOOK WITH ENTERPRISE. They will leave you up the creek without a paddle.

    5 stars for Rusty. With a name like that in the car business, you really have to be good at your job to pull it off—and he absolutely is. Positive energy, zero squeaks or rattles in the service, and he got me on the road fast. Enterprise, keep this guy

    I booked the mystery car for a quick weekend trip to abbotsford. They surprised me with a 2026 mercedes rental!!! They were also really accommodating with changing the return to the Van airport when my flight was changed. Will 100% use enterprise again!

    Vehicle they had booked for me was not available so they tried to give me a van then realized it was still dirty. Then gave me a different SUV. Vehicle did not have full tank when I picked vehicle up. There mileage of start mileage was off by 106km and I took pictures. Vehicle was somewhat dirty and dusty in spots. Windshield had suction cup marks on the inside. Golf tee, broken coat hanger, anti slip mat / drawer liner left in vehicle. Scuffs and marks on seat / doors. Cup holders were dirty with food/ drink spill, cheesy under seats. Service wasn’t handled the best

    Extremely disappointing service. I had a very frustrating experience dealing with the manager. I was given clear assurances that were never followed through on. When I called to raise a concern, my call was abruptly disconnected as soon as I mentioned it was regarding a complaint. Since then, repeated attempts to reach them have gone unanswered. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of accountability is unacceptable, especially when customers are simply trying to resolve an issue respectfully. I expected better communication and follow-through. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place based on my experience.
