My vacation was completely ruined! Updated: I returned the next day because the car smelled awful! After talking to the manager, he apologized and fixed everything. He called the customer and asked when the car I needed would be returned, and it turned out that it would be returned soon! I got what I wanted, thanks to the agent who worked on Sunday morning, October 12, at 10:30 a.m. That's how you should work with customers!
