- MNMaddie Nalleweg4 days ago1.0Terrible customer service, went to get a rental vehicle and was told over the phone I can use a debit credit card or credit card, drive all the way from Mission and they tell me I need a credit card, asked if my family or friend have one because I don’t, so I went and got my mother in laws card, drive back and they tell me she has to be there to use it. They never once communicated this with me. Wasted my time, gas and made me extremely late for work. Also they do not speak English, speaking their language in front of customers. 0/10, do not recommend

We were then massively over charged for the car we did end up being given. Did get a slight refund when we dropped the car off in Calgary, but still over charged for the vehicle class we ended up with. Told to follow up with customer services to get additional refund, but not heard back even though it’s been 4 weeks. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all.
