  They picked me up from the shop where I dropped my car off and were extremely professional in every aspect. They were very clear about what was included, and the car was clean and really nice. I was able to drop the rental off at the shop, and Enterprise came and picked it up, which made everything so much easier. On top of all that, the staff actually cared that I had been in an accident. They asked how I was doing and made me feel like they genuinely cared about me, not just the rental. I would definitely use them again if I ever need to rent a car.

  People working here are nice and trying their best, but business itself is very unreliable. Reserved here twice and both times the vehicle was unavailable last minute. First time we got an alternative, but second time were placed on a “waitlist” the morning of (whatever that means). The entire reservation process is a waitlist. You get an email the reservation is confirmed (see my photo), make plans, and are left without a vehicle last minute. This is very misleading. The only honest thing their confirmation email could say is “this is not a reservation, you are on a waitlist to maybe have a vehicle.”

  I had multiple vehicles from them in the last 7 months. Prompt professional service. They value your needs. Quiick convenient & excessable. Great customer service. I switched vehicles for different weather conditions or seasons. MAZDA 3 TURBO , V.W. TAOS, CHRYSLER 300 V6 ( last place ), NISSAN KICKS, CHEVY MALIBU. ☆☆☆☆☆

  Great experience over all! A little mishap on picking me up, but I was grateful they had a pick up service. Aditi in Abbotsford was fantastic and she made sure I was in a car that I was comfortable driving. I was able to return the car to a neighbouring city with no hassle. Fingers crossed, I won’t need to, but if I had to rent again I would definitely call Enterprise first.
