  There’s places that do good service and then there are places that achieve customer service excellence. This place falls in the excellence category as they go beyond service standards and treat people like family. JB and the team are superstars and took care of me from the moment I walked in the door to get a quote and even after I picked my car up. We worked out a schedule of when to drop it off and they arranged a rental. The quality of work was flawless and even took some extra time to cut polish some scratches out at no extra charge. Now this is key to my recommendation. I had a few extra things I had a claim for. JB told me that yes he could do it but even with the deductible it would be cheaper with another dent specialist and supplied me with their contact details. In short they want to save us money over trying to empty your bank account. They don’t want a nickel that they don’t deserve. This particular location does not do glass but took the steps to arrange a nearby glass place to replace my cracked window while they had it. All work was completed ahead of schedule and I left to spread the word of this amazing team. If the day comes I need body work done, it’s not even going to be a question. Just bring it to Boyd. And you should too.

  I came in person to get a quote to get paint work on my truck. I spent an hour at the shop, had someone out to look and take pictures to put together the quote. 9 weeks later, there is not even a quote or call back. I have called multiple times to find out the status of the quote to be told other vehicles have come in from ICBC that take precedence. I would love to give me business to a local company but at this point they have just wasted my time and clearly do not want my business.
