  We went to rent a car from these criminals and they tried to pressure us with scare tactics to pay for full coverage even though we had a package already setup that included full coverage. Then they made us pay for an insanely expensive hold charge along with the already expensive rent charge. We had to pay both payments before seeing the car. When we did see the car that was supposedly "like new" we immediately noticed the tires were completely bald and very unsafe. We refused to get the car and at this point said we wanted a full refund. They laughed at us and said they don't give refunds. We begged them for our money back and they just basically laughed and mocked us. So unprofessional, unhelpful and an absolute disgrace to this brand. These people are complete criminals, they should be fired. I wouldn't even consider giving these jerks one cent of my money, avoid them at all costs.

  اليوم حاب انقلكم تجربتي بكل مصادقية وامانة مع مكتب تأجير السيارات هذا في سراييفو ، طبعاً Alamo و enterprise هم شركة وحدة .. جيت بدون حجز واستأجرت من عندهم سيارة لمدة ٩ ايام ، وكانت اجرائات الحجز سريعة جداً وعطوني السيارة وقالو لي رجعها مثل ما استلمتها .. والموظفين محترفيين جداً ومتعاونييين 😍👌🏻 اخذوا من عندي ٢٤٠٠ ريال وديعة على السيارة وقالو لي بنرجعها لحسابك بعد ٧ الى ٢٠ يوم بعد تسليم السيارة .. استمتعت في رحلتي ولا واجهت اي مشلكة ، رجعت السيارة وفحصوا السيارة وقالو لي كل شي سليم ولا عليك شي ابداً ✅ ويوم وصلت السعودية ثاني يوم رجعو لي المبلغ ٢٤٠٠ ريال شكراً جزيلاً لعملكم الاحترافي 🫶🏻♥️

  This company at Sarajevo Airport are criminal level bad, and I can’t believe that they still run like this. I payed “full insurance” which they repeated to me a million times covers “everything”, then when the time came to return the car (someone had bumped it) , they gave all sorts of stupid contrived reasons as to why my “ full” and most expensive insurance I payed for won’t cover it. They actually brought me to tears I was so enraged and I regret paying what they demanded - I should have waited and called the police.

  Very quick and easy car pick-up and drop off (in front of the airports main entrance). Friendly agents both times. They accommodated our early morning drop off after an unexpected flight change without issues. Would rent a car with this company again.

  sehr schlechte Erfahrung! Unser Flug konnte auf Grund schlechten Wetters nicht starten. Alamo hatte unsere Flugnummer und wusste auch dass wir verspätet ankommen. In den AGBs steht zwar, dass man kein Recht auf das Auto mehr hat wenn man 24 Stunden nach dem vereinbarten Termin auftaucht. Jedoch finde ich, wenn man ein Auto mietet und bereits im Voraus zahlt ein Recht darauf hat. Falls das Auto dann nach 24 Stunde weiter vermietet wurde, sollte man wenigsten Geld zurück bekommen. Bei uns war jedoch beides nicht der Fall. Uns wurde noch frech das selbe Auto nochmals zum mieten angeboten. Der Typ am Schalter und so wie der Typ von der Hotline waren sehr unfreundlich.
