  I made the booking online and prepaid for everything and the insurance also. When i arrived in tuzla a ton of paperwork waited which lasted more than 30 minutes and they took my creditcard number because the terminal didn't work. They also locked a deposit again on my card. The car was not washed and thank god it didn't breakdown because it seemed they just want to take as much money as possible and the service in not on that level. Would never rent from them again

  Rezervises Auto preko Interneta i sletis u Tuzlu da bi ti oni rekli treba blokirat deposit na kartici od 1000€ da dobro ste vidjeli 1000€. Na kraju ne radi im Terminal za karticu i kao do moje banke je.. znaci stojis na Aerodromu u Tuzli 23:00 navece i razmisljaš kako cu ja sada kuci a gospodu boli briga i za moje pare sto sad moram da ganjam i ko zna dali cu dobiti nazad sto sam platio unapred.. loša usluga totalno nije za preporuku.
