  Enterprise are always so efficient Until here in Bosnia/sarajevo international airport. We’ve got a Dacia car, (aka compact range) full of scratches up to the roof, the big ones we documented, but the small ones on the bumper not, which are now chargeable. Mind you to really check your cars, and make proper 200 pictures!! Police report, failure - the Enteprise agent at the airport of little to no help to assist with communication with the police. Come up with lying and such, and other least helpful arguments. Though scratching apparently must have happened at place of recognition at the airport parking lot. It will not be such issue, if the car was brand new, and if we would had an accidental scratch on the poor roads, full of stones….but in this case, unnecessary trouble worth 180 Euro.

  Despite some of the reviews listed here I had very very good customer service from Irma who came to drop the car in Vratnik for me and was very nice and helpful. Also the young men at drop off were very nice and tolerated my Babo level humor. The car had a bit of a worn clutch, but it wasn't really a problem anywhere but steep roads in Vratnik and Bila Valley. My advise to tourists is do your research and let your credit cards handle insurance and such. Be informed so you are confident in your arrangements. THANK YOU IRMA!

  Vi hyrde två olika bilar genom Alamo (/Enterprise) under vår semester i Sarajevo. Den andra bilen vi hyrde, en vit Skoda Fabia kombi var mycket bra och komfortabel (den får 5/5). Jag vill särskilt lyfta fram Deni (5/5 i kundbemötande) från hyrbilspersonalen som både var noggrann med kontrollen av bilen vid både upphämtningen och avlämnandet av bilen och samtidigt var riktigt trevlig. (Observera att självriskförsäkring i Bosnien inte innebär att du är fri från ansvar utan det krävs att polisen vittnar för att försäkringen ska täcka självrisken). Jag filmade bilens repor vid upphämtningen och personalen hade inga invändningar vid återlämningen när jag visade bilderna, varför det kändes tryggt. Jag hade lämnat en femma i totalbetyg om inte den första mindre bilen vi hyrde (en Seat) hade problem med ettans växel vid några tillfällen.

  WATCH OUT! We booked a one way from Bosnia to Croatia and returned the car without any damages confirmed by Enterprise in Croatia. Still Enterprise Sarajewo took the full Deposit from our Credit Card without giving any Information to us
