  My experience with Enterprise in Sarajevo, Bosnia, was utterly disappointing. From the get-go, their unprofessionalism was glaringly obvious. Not only were their insurance prices exorbitant, but their attempt to upsell a cheap GPS instead of ensuring the car's Bluetooth connectivity to my phone was deceitful and inconvenient. The car itself was a disaster waiting to happen. The constant tire light warnings, the desperate need for an oil change, and brakes that sounded more like a rusty old bicycle than a modern vehicle made me question their maintenance standards. Adding insult to injury, the wipers on the car were as useful as a chocolate teapot. Not only were they deafeningly loud, sounding more like a rusty gate in a windstorm than functional wipers, but they also failed miserably at their primary job. Instead of efficiently clearing the windshield, they simply smeared water around, leaving visibility worse than before. It was as if they had been repurposed from scraping snow off a windshield, adding to the overall incompetence of the rental experience. To top it off, the cleanliness of the car was appalling. It was as if it hadn't been cleaned since the last rental, with crumbs littering the interior and a lazy wipe-down that left much to be desired. I've used Enterprise in a dozen countries, but this experience in Sarajevo was by far the worst. Avoid at all costs if you value your time, money, and sanity.

  Very bad experience, never recommend this company they are cheating customer by taking the deposit and not give it back, they claim that we smoked in the car for just seeing some dust in car and charging us for 300 euro . The old lady in the office were so rude and disrespectful.
