  I recently went their. And had the worst experience ever compared to other truck stops. I was just asking for the time wait for showers. So I went up to the worker Chyna and asked her a simple question. She started yelling at me telling me to wait that can’t I see she busy cleaning it. Mind you I only asked “ what do you think average wait time is” after I walked away she was still angry and started following me down the shower hall yelling at me as if it was my fault for her cleaning the showers. She started CUSSING at me even after I walked away from the situation. Her coworker even had to get and tell her to relax that it was not a big deal. I believe Chyna is a manger because everyone else had yellow or red. She had black if she is manger the manger she should not be acting like that especially cussing at customers. It was unprofessional of her and unnecessary for her to act like that. Not manger professional. I have never had a problem with pilot clean showers maintenance guys super nice and clean showers well. Also communicating with my truck buddies some of them have also had not such a great interaction with Chyna. I have been debating to continue visiting pilot after this altercation.

  I had a really disturbing experience at this Pilot Travel Center. While using the shower, I found what appeared to be 💩 tangled with hair, and it was honestly disgusting. This raises serious concerns about how well the showers are being cleaned between uses. A facility like this should be thoroughly sanitized after every customer, and this clearly wasn’t. It’s not just unpleasant—it’s a hygiene and health issue. I won’t be using the showers here again. Management seriously needs to step up their cleaning standards, because this was unacceptable.

  I just want to say thank you to the employee that helped get me food when my cash advance wasn’t working. I hadn’t eaten in two days and he helped me out. I’ll never forget that. Thank you again!

  Restroom are always clean. They are on it with the showers too. There is always someone cleaning them. The staff is super awesome; both men and women. They always have their shelves and coolers fully stocked. They all go above and beyond to assist you in anything you may need help with. Great place to stop. To all the "Pilot staff" thank you, for being so kind to me, during the produce season of 2026.
