  Quand j'ai louer l'auto on m'a fait un prix tout en sachant que je laisserais l'auto à ma destination final et j'ai reçu pas email le moyen de payer et c'est ce que j'ai fait tout en répondant au questionnaire,Donc la compagnie était au courant de mon intension. Mais quand j'ai été prendre possession de l'auto je devais payer 200$ de plus à cause que je laissais l'auto à ma destination final tout en sachant que j'avais déjà payer et que au départ le prix initial comprenait le tout et j'ai bien insisté que je laissais l'auto à ma destination final et on ne m'a jamais dit je devrais payer un surplus à la possession de l'auto.J'ai un commerce et s'il y a erreur j'assume mon erreur.

  ABSOLUTE TRASH They are never dependable. Previously, I used their "service" for our employer and they were 8/10 extremely unreliable. Today, I called twice this morning to ask a question regarding billing, the actual Yuma office, and they hung up on me then finally answered my question regarding my 4pm reservation. At 2:15pm their manager, Jake, called me to cancel my reservation as they had no cars for today or tomorrow. I asked if there was anything else they could do to assist me as I had an urgent family matter- nothing..... he said he understood but there was nothing he could do. Use another car rental service, this one is unreliable.

  Update- was told by Melissa and Chris that this issue was sent for further review and NOTHING. 0 Stars the only competent ones are Bryan and Josh. Make them the leaders they know how to treat customers with respect. If I could give a ZERO. I would. This location has multiple customer service issues and they need to be trained. Johnny Escobar talks to you like a child and is biased. He can not be trained in leadership or de-escalation. He immediately went to attack mode of why he put a Do not rent on my account. I never have FAILED to pay any of my rentals. Instead of looking at how much money I spent he was trying to justify a system issue. I feel targeted because I have exercised my rights to advise they need training in the customer service. I have a medical issue in Phoenix and he is denying me a rental because he is on a power trip. The only reason I rent from here is because this is a small town but I would not go here if I didn’t have to. Update: I already called customer service and waiting for the outcome.
