Welcome to Smitty's Body Shop, Yuma's family-owned auto repair shop since 1952. Our mission is to provide honest, high-quality repairs in a family-friendly atmosphere. Founded by Ulyss and Thelma Schmidgall, we take pride in our commitment to excellence. In 1970, Kenneth and Carol Schmidgall took over, starting the second generation of family ownership. Today, Jennifer Achen and Jill Quamen, alongside Chris Quamen, represent the fourth generation. As a close-knit family team, we offer reliable and compassionate service to every customer.

- RHRobert Huey4 days ago5.0I took my 2023 ram pick up to get some damage fixed on it. Literal from the time I got there until the time I left with my truck I had an excellent experience and they did very very good work. I would recommend them to anybody that needs body work done.

For $35k I can get one brand new that's freshly painted and 0 miles on the odometer. Tom's Paint and Body down the street quoted the same work and took about an hour preparing an itemized $3,500 quote. These people are an insurance scam front. They don't want other business.

Color match on the paint was about perfect and it's been more than 2 years and not so much as a squeak since they did the repairs. This is the shop I recommend people use.
