After answering a few questions online, they did the rest and I mean everything. My appointment was scheduled, they kept me well informed as the day approached. I never had to call my insurance company. Easey peasey. I mean, they have it nailed down. One call that's all! Well my day arrived, the tech kept me in the loop regarding my service time, she was on time, friendly and very professional. From the start, I felt confident that she knew her stuff. I was amazed at the process. I even mentioned, to her, my curiosity. When it was time, she notified me and we watched the whole thing. Amazing! I believe her name was Amber (I have been so busy and older lol). Very detail oriented. She hustled and got us done quicker than we expected. I can't say enough about her work skills. Afterwards the only evidence of her being there was glass that I could see out of (they clean all windows). A company that does what they say and an employee who is an excellent ambassador for Safelite. Thank you
