I have used Safelight Auto Glass in Yuma before and have always been treated well. They are professional and accommodating. Their work has always resulted in a trouble free outcome for me. I would use them again. The one thing I don't like, and this a co-operate issue, You can not call them direct unless you have picked up one of their business cards. Co-operate uses a call center. However, making an appointment on line is very well developed and easy. I highly recommend picking up a business card; it ensures good communications with Yuma Safelight.

Highly recommend! The service was quick with nearly no effort on my end. My tech (Jose I believe) was clean, well mannered, punctual and did a great job!
Amy was incredible to work with. She went above and beyond to fix a deductible issue and even stayed on the phone with our insurance and adjuster for about 20 minutes to make sure everything was correct. Very attentive and professional!

My experience with Safelite between February 18th and 21st was a significant test of patience due to repeated logistical and communication failures. While the technical work was excellent, the administrative process was unacceptable.
The Scheduling Issues:
I initiated my claim on Feb 18th and was promptly scheduled for the 19th at 8:00 AM. On the morning of the appointment, I received a call stating the glass had been delivered to the wrong store and I would need to reschedule for the 20th. Mistakes happen, and I was initially understanding.
However, on the 20th, no technician arrived. When I called to follow up, I was informed my appointment had been moved to the 21st due to a "scheduling mix-up." I was never notified of this change. On the 21st, I was given an 8:00 AM–11:00 AM window. At 9:00 AM, I was told the technician, Jose, would be late and arrive around 1:00 PM. By 3:00 PM, no one had arrived or called.
The Resolution:
After contacting Safelite again to address the fact that I was entering my fourth day with a broken window, they dispatched a different technician. Cody arrived approximately 20 minutes later.
Cody’s performance was the only reason this review is not one star. He did a fantastic job, was highly professional, and handled the repair with an efficiency that was missing from the rest of the process. He single-handedly saved Safelite's reputation in this instance.
Conclusion:
Safelite needs to investigate their backend scheduling and parts delivery systems. The gap between the quality of the office logistics and the quality of the field technicians is far too wide. I would recommend the company based on Cody’s work, but I would warn others to be prepared for significant scheduling delays and poor communication regarding appointment changes.

Terrible experience, glass used seems cheap not close to OEM as advertised when paying for premium, paid for premium package did not get premium package, tech reinstalled old moldings instead of new ones ordered, came back two hours later to install and installed incorrectly leaving a gap. There is black glue on my headliner and when discussing they tried to blame us which is ridiculous when they didn’t even get the job done right. Customer service is a joke and there is no manager available to speak to and no one answers at the shop. When asked about premium service and glass was told by a manager in Phoenix, not Yuma where it was services, that premium gets you a better appointment time, he did not mention the wiper blades, rain repel or quality glass. Will never use safelite again, I would caution anyone else in the future if you want to truly get what you pay for and great customer service go elsewhere
