The staff at the front desk was kind as well as the service tech. Upon driving back from my appointment I tried to use my wiper fluid & it wouldn't spray. I called Safelite who said they could come to me in 5 days & take a look at it. I decided not to wait & asked a mechanic at an auto repair shop. He discovered the tech at Safelite didn't reattach the hoses at time of windshield installation. Simple mistake on their part but to wait 5 days for a fix?! Unacceptable.
