- EEesteban elias6 days ago2.0There has been many times when there's no cashier up front, but yet there's 3 or 4 employees present ignoring Customers waiting to pay. There was one night at around 9pm by the employee name Everett was really rude to a lady, and it made feel a bit uncomfortable watching him being rude to her. It's seems he doesn't like his job helping Customers and is only there to collect a pay check. Watch out for a male employee name Everett.
- HMHale Maurice6 days ago5.0I never thought I’d have a favorite gas station but then I walked in here. I rarely leave reviews but I love this place. Late night staff were lovely. Clean. Cheapest gas on the block. So many options for drinks. Just good vibes. Too bad it’s not a bar or restaurant you can hang out at. Thank you Latosha and to the gentleman who greeted me with a legit heartfelt 1am “good morning” as I was getting my coffee. Y’all were so nice. Grateful for this place.

While I didn’t try much of their food or compare prices, the staff was attentive, friendly, and efficient. For me, great customer service is often what makes or breaks a business, and this location delivered on that front. Overall, it left a positive impression and made the experience smooth and pleasant.

Sometimes You are waiting in line and then the employee walks away and someone else may or may not come to take care of You, if they do they call You from the cash register on the opposite side of the store. I believe its not the employees, but management which does not want them standing still for longer than 30 seconds, not even when they are taking care of the line of customers. They are Not open 24 hours as advertised on google maps. Stopped monday night September 8, 2025 after 10pm, closed no lights. Let me know if customer service gets any better. A few times During the days this has happened I have requested to speak to a manager and the response I get “Manager is Not available” or “what do You wanna speak to the manager about?” This has come from employees: Xandria, Deena, Christina, and a few others that the name tag is not visible or legible. At this Location Maverik has lowered their standards of customer service to a level below Regional standards.
