  Absolutely BS. kid was nice enough, but ignorant. " Your cars european, so it's got to be european oil, it'll cost extra". AFTER they drained the old USA made plain engine oil out of it. Then: OH, it's a diesel, it'll take regular oil". Yeah. I know. It's been running on "regular oil" since it was spit out of the factory. "European oil". What, does it have a stupid French accent ? Beware the typical upsell rip off.

  Great service from the guys there. They will treat you vehicle well!!! But the reason for my three star is their car wash there. One of the best car washes in town when its running. Unreliable is an understatement. Would like to have a good "go to" touchless car wash in Fortuna that i could rely on. This was it for a while but, you never know when its open or closed. I understand car washes break, but its to frequent for me to justify coming and checking anymore. So I stopped

  I came for an oil change simply because I had a coupon. First time ever being at a Grease Monkey location, can’t say I will be back. As soon as I left my check engine light came on for a crankcase code and my truck was driving rough. I called them immediately and got their manager to explain to them what I was experiencing, who brushed it off with an explanation that the added service I had agreed to had worked perfectly. According to him the code was showing that I needed a sensor replaced now that whatever supposed build up that was in my engine was gone as a result of the service. I asked for his bosses contact information, and he said he was not authorized to give me that information and would call tomorrow with an offer to settle the dispute. I arrived home (I live across the street) to inspect my engine bay and noticed my oil dipstick was out and unsecure, which can cause that code to pop. I spent 2 hours going through every connection related to what they had worked and in the immediate area, then performed the drive cycle recommended by my manufacturer which cleared the code after driving 50 miles. I’m looking forward to this managers response in the morning now that I’ve spent several hours of my own time dealing with something caused by 10 seconds of complacency on their part.
