Johnny Escobar talks to you like a child and is biased. He can not be trained in leadership or de-escalation. He immediately went to attack mode of why he put a Do not rent on my account. I never have FAILED to pay any of my rentals. Instead of looking at how much money I spent he was trying to justify a system issue. I feel targeted because I have exercised my rights to advise they need training in the customer service. I have a medical issue in Phoenix and he is denying me a rental because he is on a power trip. The only reason I rent from here is because this is a small town but I would not go here if I didn’t have to. Update: I already called customer service and waiting for the outcome.
