When the vehicle I reserved wasn't available at the time of my arrival and the other similar vehicles in the same class did not provide the equal amount of legroom Angelica and Justice went out of their way to ensure that they found me a vehicle that was comfortable for the needed legroom as I am 6'4. The follow-up communication is to how I was pleased during the course of my rental was extraordinary to say the least. This location is extremely professional and Enterprise is fortunate to have these people working for it. Thank you again for the service provided at Yuma international airport on December 23rd 2025.

The interior had an unpleasant smell, the cigarette lighter didn't work so I couldn't charge my cell phone, and the rear brakes made a loud grinding sound when applied. The Enterprise staff was great, but the car was awful. I informed the staff when I returned the car about the brakes, so I hope they get them fixed before they quit working and somebody gets hurt.
