Dan the manager came out and he knows batteries very well. He replaced them no charge because they were bad. I always look for him because of his knowledge.

I went in there and need to have my check engine diagnosed. Cashier Frank did what he needed to do and when he got the reading off of his little computer he told he would print out a paper for me. I got the print out. It said I need a sensor so I ask Cashier Frank how much well that sensor going to run me. He looked at me and said that don’t know what sensor your going to need. When clearly it said exact sensor I needed then he said he could help me any further…
- DSDoug SDec 16, 20251.0Went there today to get a relay that according to the website was in stock. There were 6 employees in the store and one of them was working the counter. After waiting 5 minutes for the customer in front of me to complete his return and tell his life story to the only employee to work the counter, it was my turn. I was told he would be with me shortly as he commenced to finish the return. After another few minutes in which several of the other 5 employees walked by holding their coffee cups, I was asked what he could help me with. He looked up the part I needed and said he could order it. I said I would find it elsewhere. What a waste of time. Just order online.

I bought 2 new batteries and he was quick to grab a cart and tools and swapped my bad batteries for 2 new ones in my truck. He was super friendly and gave me advise on battery care and other aspects of my truck. Would not hesitate to continue doing business with this location and Josh
