  I was driving to sand Diego from phx when my car had a high temp reading. After getting it to auto zone Dan was able to not only find my problem but assist me in having it fixed he went above and beyond and had great customer service, fast, friendly and very knowledgeable!

  Called multiple times. Kid that answers just says "Hello?" Then puts you on hold and never returns. Attempt to call over and over again and the results are identical. Bottom tier customer service, probably a 15 year old who doesnt care.

  I woke up to a dead battery, got a jump and headed to Autozone. I met Dan at the counter and told him my situation. He went out and checked my battery to make sure it was the issue, it was, so we went back inside, got the new battery and then Dan grabbed his tools and installed it for me. It was probably 94° out and I was parked in the sun. My experience at Autozone? Amazing. Dan is the man!
